The classic go to page for high altitude travel advice at ISMM , International Society for Mountain Medicine is out for n a second day now. Hopefully this means a update , the advisory was written in 2001 and and updated last 2006.
Meanwhile literally hundreds of posted links at the Thorntree , IndiaMike and other sites are dead .. but can be accessed at archive.org
